The Warhawks were on fire against The Hornets.

The 200 Medley Relay (Misenar, R. Sterner, Jaworowski, and Griffin) set a new team best for that squad, beating last year’s best time.

Helene Jaworowski followed up that performance with a first place finish in the 200 Freestyle.

The trio of Maddie Misenar, Rayven Sterner, and Rachael Griffin posted a clean sweep of the 50 Freestyle by all cracking the 30 second barrier.

Macy Polasek held onto her crown as the champ of the pool in the 1 meter dive event with a new high score.

Jaworowski hit the water again for the 100 Fly garnering a 2nd place finish there.

While Griffin and Misenar raced once more in the 100 Free where they went 2-3 behind a State Qualifying Emily Gilbert of Kearsley-Lake Fenton.

The dominating quartet of Misenar, Jaworowski, Griffin, and Sterner returned for a crushing 200 Free Relay that not only beat their combined time last week, but won the race by 5 seconds.

Savannah Toombs fought her way into third place in the 500 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke by posting new season bests in both races.

Rayven Sterner finished second in the 100 Breaststroke, posting a new season best as well.

These Warhawks are hungry. They’re hoping to continue their hot streak as they host the family rivalry of Holly vs Brandon-Goodrich on Thursday 10/1.
